Complex Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Complex Sales Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team at Le Méridien Dubai. This role ensures smooth execution of sales processes, from document preparation to client communication, while upholding the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
• Prepare sales‑related documents including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
• Promote brand awareness internally and externally and assemble promotional material packages.
• Utilise sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales data (commissions, leads, third‑party information) in the relevant software.
• Answer guest inquiries about facilities, rates, packages, promotions and events.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients via phone and email, responding to questions and requests.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs and ensure courteous interactions.
• Maintain clear, professional communication and accurate documentation.
• Support team goals, develop positive working relationships and comply with quality standards.
• Lift, move or carry objects up to 10 lb without assistance and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related sales or administrative experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
