Complex Sales Coordinator – Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Complex Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team at Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Marina. You will handle a variety of office and client‑facing tasks that help drive revenue while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing and copying to keep the Sales & Marketing department running smoothly.
• Prepare sales‑related documents, including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Assemble and distribute promotional materials and information packages for clients.
• Apply sales techniques to maximise revenue while preserving existing guest loyalty.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales data (commissions, leads, third‑party information) in the relevant software systems.
• Respond to guest inquiries about property facilities, rates, packages and events via phone and email.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality of proprietary information and compliance with company policies.
• Support team members, develop positive working relationships and perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in sales or administrative support.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
