Compliance Product Manager

About the role

Fasset is looking for a Product Manager to own the compliance and risk product roadmap, covering AML/KYC infrastructure, Travel Rule compliance, account controls, and jurisdictional expansion. You will work with a dedicated engineering pod to turn regulatory requirements into shipped, audited features. The role can be senior (4+ years) or lead (7+ years) level.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑surface ownership of compliance, risk, security and regulatory initiatives.
• Prioritize regulatory risk and sequence the roadmap to address the most critical items first.
• Maintain jurisdictional fluency, deciding what infrastructure can be shared versus rebuilt per market.
• Translate legal and compliance requirements into detailed product specifications and deliver them with engineering rigor.
• Drive AI‑native execution, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and compliance best practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record shipping compliance or risk products in both crypto (Travel Rule, VASP, on‑chain monitoring) and traditional finance (AML/KYC, PEP, EDD).
• Daily use of AI tools to increase product delivery speed.
• End‑to‑end roadmap ownership, including resourcing, stakeholder alignment and escalation.
• Experience delivering products across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory regimes.
• Ability to detect silent control failures, fix them, and implement preventive checks.
• Experience in emerging markets or Islamic finance products is a strong plus.
