About the role

The Unit Head will lead the Credit Control and Monitoring Unit, overseeing credit control activities for the bank's borrowing clientele. This senior position ensures the team operates within approved budgets, maintains robust controls, and continuously improves processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage credit control and monitoring activities across the bank's borrowing portfolio.
Ensure credit control operations are executed within the approved budget and resource constraints.
Equip the credit control team with the tools and resources needed to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance control, scalability, and synergy.
Lead a team of Credit Control Officers and Control Managers, overseeing end‑to‑end credit control functions.
