Concierge Agent

About the role

The Mandarin Oriental Downtown in Dubai is seeking a proactive Concierge Agent to deliver five‑star guest experiences. Working within the Concierge Department, you will assist guests with personalized recommendations, bookings and local insights, ensuring every stay reflects the brand’s legendary service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to identify preferences and anticipate needs.
• Arrange travel, dining, entertainment and cultural activities, providing clear directions and transportation options.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and bookings using the hotel’s concierge software.
• Communicate updates and challenges with the Chief Concierge and team members.
• Leverage deep knowledge of Dubai’s transportation, dining, nightlife, shopping and cultural venues to offer tailored recommendations.
• Deliver service aligned with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in hospitality or concierge roles.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and report to the Chief Concierge.

Required skills

• Proficiency with concierge software.
• Experience using Alice.
• Familiarity with PSMS.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
