Concierge – Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge is the primary point of contact for guests seeking personalized services and information. Working in a dynamic hotel environment, you will ensure each guest experience is seamless, memorable, and aligned with W Hotels' high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning, and other special arrangements.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, events, and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department.
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a genuine appreciation for guests.
