Configuration Officer

About the role

The Configuration Officer for Halcon will execute Configuration Management activities across one or more programmes, ensuring the integrity, traceability and control of all configuration items throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Configuration Management (CM) plans across multiple programmes.
• Manage and control configuration baselines for systems, hardware, software and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI/EIA‑649 standards and conduct configuration audits, status accounting, reporting and change‑control activities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Configuration Management or Document Control within a systems‑engineering environment.
• Advanced knowledge of ANSI/EIA‑649 Configuration Management principles and Systems Engineering processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred) or equivalent; aerospace or defence experience is highly desirable.
