About the role

We are seeking a senior construction disputes professional to join White Star Contracting in Dubai as a Partner or Partner‑Designate. The role sits at the core of our legal practice, focusing on high‑value construction litigation and arbitration for regional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction dispute matters, including litigation, arbitration and mediation.
• Develop and maintain a robust client network across the UAE and Middle East.
• Provide strategic legal advice on construction contracts, claims and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the firm’s business development strategy.
• Represent the firm in industry forums and build the brand in construction law.

Required profile

• Established legal professional with a strong reputation in the UAE/Middle East construction market.
• Extensive client base and proven ability to generate new business.
• Experience at partner level or as a partner‑designate with a clear business case for promotion.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in construction law and dispute resolution.
• Proficiency in arbitration and litigation procedures under UAE law.
