Compliance Officer – Manager

About the role

Reporting to the CEO, the Compliance Officer (Manager) will support the establishment and maintenance of an effective compliance program in Dubai, covering exam management, regulatory impact analysis, and AML/CTF controls.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage compliance policies and processes.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and maintain relationships with regulators, banking partners, industry groups, and third‑party vendors.
• Oversee AML and CTF policies, ensuring they are integrated into new products and services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date AML documentation and produce regular board reports on financial‑crime controls.
• Arrange regulatory visits, audit inspections, and manage internal Suspicious Activity Reports.
• Assist in creating training materials and provide monitoring statistics.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in risk, fraud, compliance, AML or regulatory functions, preferably in fintech.
• Professional certification in compliance risk management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience with risk assessments and enhanced due diligence.
• Proactive, diligent team player with virtual assets/crypto experience.
