Construction Manager for Offshore Project

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead construction and installation activities for the ADNOC Offshore project, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant execution. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and may later move to an offshore site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities in line with ADNOC Offshore requirements and approved procedures.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee offshore construction, installation, transportation and mechanical completion.
• Supervise EPC contractor performance across fabrication, offshore installation and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, HSE, quality, commissioning and other disciplines.
• Monitor progress against schedule, identify constraints and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation, records and progress reporting are maintained.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural or related engineering discipline.
• Extensive offshore oil & gas construction management experience, preferably on ADNOC projects.
• Proven track record supervising EPC contractors from fabrication through offshore installation and commissioning.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
