Project Control Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead the project control function for a major oil & gas project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves planning, cost control, scheduling and performance monitoring in line with the Project Execution Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules, monitor performance, and manage change control.
• Provide earned value management guidance, risk management and cost variance analysis.
• Coordinate with senior project managers and discipline leads to ensure integrated scheduling across multiple contractors.
• Generate regular progress, cost and forecast reports and support progress certification and invoicing.
• Lead and mentor the Project Controls team, ensuring consistent application of controls and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 20+ years of oil & gas project experience, including offshore and ADNOC projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar senior project controls role, preferably in the GCC.
• Extensive experience with PMC environments.
