Construction Manager – High‑Complexity Project

About the role

Utopia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a high‑complexity, high‑end construction project in Dubai. This senior site‑based role requires a strong technical background and hands‑on leadership across all phases of construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, programme, budget and quality standards.
• Oversee complex site operations including excavation, shoring, dewatering, foundations, structural works and temporary works.
• Coordinate and supervise main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and specialist trades.
• Monitor progress against the programme, identify risks and implement recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai/UAE building regulations, HSE requirements and construction standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with senior site or construction management roles.
• Hands‑on experience with excavation, shoring, dewatering, foundations, piling and sub‑structure works.
• Proven track record delivering high‑end hospitality, luxury residential, mixed‑use or commercial projects.
• Experience managing projects in Dubai/UAE preferred.
