Junior Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Project Engineer to support our construction projects in Dubai. The role involves assisting Project Managers, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring project activities meet schedule and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in execution and coordination of Metal/Glass engineering works.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress and update daily/weekly reports.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure materials and manpower are available as per project requirements.
• Support site inspections and quality control activities.
• Follow company safety procedures and attend project meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or site execution.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience is an advantage; valid UAE driving license preferred.
