Construction Manager

About the role

This full-time, on-site position is based in Dubai and is responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation through completion. The Construction Manager ensures compliance with safety standards, budgets and timelines while delivering high-quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety, budget and schedule.
• Manage on-site teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain high-quality construction standards throughout the project.
• Plan schedules, allocate resources and align projects with client expectations.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Expertise in budgeting and financial management for cost control and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in construction safety to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction and project control for effective execution and monitoring.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction management, preferably in fit-out or contracting projects.
