Construction Manager Ports And Marine

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EPC Marine Construction Manager to lead the delivery of ports and marine infrastructure projects across Abu Dhabi and the Al Dhafra region. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, from detailed planning to execution, while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations, manage resources and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, drive productivity improvements and control costs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders to secure approvals and resolve issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress to guarantee on‑time and on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing marine construction projects.
• Proven track record in planning, coordinating and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Experience on Abu Dhabi Ports and Al Dhafra marine projects.
