Construction Project Manager – Fit‑out

About the role

Transguard Workforce Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial fit‑out projects for a well‑known client in Dubai. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating all activities related to the development of the client’s buildings and branches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fit‑out projects from initiation to handover, covering planning, design coordination, procurement, execution and close‑out.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Security) and external partners (contractors, consultants, suppliers) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and track project plans, budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and objectives.
• Monitor site activities for progress, quality, safety and risk, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular project updates and dashboards to senior management and promptly escalate issues.
• Lead project and facilities teams in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee financial reporting, including budget approvals, cash‑flow monitoring and cost control, while ensuring compliance with internal approval workflows and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial fit‑out projects within the construction and real‑estate industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, regulations and project approval processes.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging with management and stakeholders.
