Construction Superintendent – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead site operations for a major project in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring the project meets quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations and ensure work aligns with project specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, supervisors, workers, equipment, and site resources.
• Monitor construction progress, identify schedule risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Enforce site safety procedures and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and workmanship standards.
• Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.
• Support resolution of technical and site‑related issues to minimise delays.

Required profile

• Proven ability to supervise field activities and manage site execution.
• Strong coordination skills for manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Working knowledge of site safety procedures and safe work practices.
• Experience monitoring quality control and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Effective communication with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
