Construction Superintendent – Fabrication

About the role

The Construction Superintendent – Fabrication will lead on‑site execution of building projects in Dubai, ensuring that work is delivered safely, on schedule and within budget. Reporting to senior management, you will apply proven construction principles and workforce management strategies to drive productivity and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Implement project execution plans, monitor progress against schedules and budgets.
• Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance on the site.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational issues that affect project outcomes.
• Manage workforce allocation, performance and governance in line with company policies.

Required profile

• In‑depth understanding of project execution strategies and construction principles.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management theories and basic related disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead teams, make decisions guided by policies, resources and budgets.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
