About the role

A Construction Superintendent (Structure) leads the structural aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are built safely, on schedule, and to specification. The role involves managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing quality and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee structural components of construction projects to meet safety, schedule, and specification requirements.
• Manage site teams and coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Plan work processes and monitor compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Required profile

• Engineering degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 18 years of experience, including at least 10 years in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in fabrication activities for offshore projects.
• Extensive background in structural construction and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and construction processes.
• Ability to manage teams, resolve technical issues, and interact with subcontractors.
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
