Consultant – Advisory Services

About the role

Hatch is seeking a motivated Consultant to join its Advisory practice in Abu Dhabi. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to develop evidence‑based solutions that unlock value for clients across mining, energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead problem‑solving and analytical processes for complex workstreams, generating hypotheses and high‑quality deliverables.
• Coach junior analysts through model design, construction and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate multiple analysts to ensure timely production and quality control of reports and presentations.
• Build strong client relationships, understand needs and maintain existing networks.
• Anticipate obstacles, propose practical solutions and contribute to business transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator, team‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curious, creative and able to work with limited or ambiguous information.
• Flexible, open‑minded and capable of generating solutions for complex problems.
