Production Supervisor – Bottled Water Operations

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead the bottled‑water manufacturing line, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality output. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will coordinate production planning, equipment maintenance and staff performance to meet efficiency targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimise equipment downtime.
• Plan and prepare the plant for each shift, coordinating with the Head of Department.
• Develop and follow a routine maintenance schedule for all machinery.
• Maintain an accurate spare‑parts inventory to avoid production interruptions.
• Supervise production staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and provide training and guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and production planning.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with production management software is a plus.
