Consultant Associate Internship – Tax & ERP Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Consultant Associate for a three‑month internship with a fast‑growing tax technology and transformation consultancy operating across the GCC. The role offers recent graduates hands‑on exposure to tax, ERP, data analysis and emerging AI tools while working on real client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support consultants with research, analysis and preparation of client deliverables.
• Assist with tax and ERP‑related projects, documentation and process mapping.
• Conduct research on tax, technology, ERP and industry developments.
• Perform Excel‑based data analysis, reporting and presentation creation.
• Utilise AI tools to enhance research, documentation and consulting workflows.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional (0–1 year experience) with academic exposure to Tax, ERP, Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and a detail‑oriented, analytical mindset.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced consulting environment and bring fresh ideas.
