Consultant ENT (Otolaryngology)

About the role

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking a Consultant ENT (Otolaryngology) to join its Parkview Hospital team in Dubai. The role involves delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based specialist care while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high‑quality clinical services to ENT patients.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality management standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Promote continuous professional development for self and junior colleagues.
• Uphold integrity and ethical standards in all clinical activities.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree with a recognised fellowship or diploma approved by UAE health authorities.
• Active registration in a UAE‑recognised ENT specialty.
• Valid life‑support certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience at consultant level, preferably with at least 1 year in a Tier 1 country.
• Ability to support clinical clerkship training for students and junior doctors.
• Proficiency in an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
