Consultant ENT Surgeon – UAE

About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its ENT, head and neck surgery services. The organisation seeks a highly skilled Consultant ENT Surgeon to join a modern, quality‑driven clinical team serving a diverse international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients requiring ENT and head and neck surgical intervention.
• Perform ENT, otolaryngology and related surgical procedures within clinical privileges.
• Oversee pre‑operative assessment, surgical planning, operative care and post‑operative follow‑up.
• Collaborate with anaesthesia, intensive care, rehabilitation and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
• Participate in clinical discussions, surgical reviews, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation, informed consent, infection control standards and adherence to clinical guidelines.

Required profile

• Internationally trained Consultant ENT Surgeon.
• Recognised specialist qualification (e.g., American Board in Otolaryngology‑Head & Neck Surgery, UK CCT/FRCS (ORL‑HNS), European Board, Royal College (Canada), Australian FRACS, Arab Board, MCh/DNB/FCPS, etc.).
• Eligibility for UAE medical licensing and facility credentialing.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary clinical environments.
