About the role

The Consultant Medical Oncologist will join a leading hospital in Dubai, delivering comprehensive cancer care and advancing oncology practice. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, plan, and manage treatment for patients with cancer.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with suspected or diagnosed cancers using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment protocols based on the latest evidence‑based guidelines.
• Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, nurses and other specialists to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and manage complications.
• Participate in clinical research, trials and contribute to oncology knowledge.
• Mentor junior medical staff and residents, fostering a learning environment.
• Engage in community outreach programs to raise cancer awareness and promote prevention.
