Consultant Neurosurgeon – American Board / UK CCT

About the role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting a highly qualified Consultant Neurosurgeon for a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates. The role offers the chance to work in state‑of‑the‑art surgical facilities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver world‑class neurosurgical care.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients with complex neurological and spinal conditions that require surgery.
• Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures, including brain, spine and peripheral nerve surgeries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide pre‑operative and post‑operative care while maintaining the highest patient‑safety standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, research, quality‑improvement initiatives and continuous medical education.

Required profile

• American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Neurosurgery.
• Eligibility for or active DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post‑board/CCT experience as a Consultant Neurosurgeon.
• Extensive experience in advanced neurosurgical procedures and complex case management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and patient‑care skills.
