Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology – American Board / UK CCT

About the role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting a Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology for a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. The specialist will deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services, covering routine and high‑risk pregnancies as well as advanced surgical care, in a state‑of‑the‑art women’s health facility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care for routine and high‑risk pregnancies.
• Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of gynecological conditions.
• Perform advanced procedures, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgeries.
• Conduct health screenings, family planning, infertility assessments and preventive women’s health services.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, anesthesiologists, radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to optimise maternal‑fetal outcomes.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and continuous medical education while maintaining accurate documentation.

Required profile

• American Board Certification, UK CCT, or an equivalent recognised Western qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience as a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist.
• Extensive experience managing high‑risk pregnancies and performing advanced gynecological surgeries.
• Strong clinical decision‑making, leadership and communication abilities.
• Commitment to evidence‑based, compassionate, patient‑centred care.
