Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Consultant/Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join our multispecialty hospital in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive women’s reproductive health services, from routine antenatal care to advanced gynecologic surgery, within a modern, patient‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑cycle obstetric care including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal management.
• Conduct prenatal examinations, fetal monitoring, risk assessment and manage both normal and high‑risk pregnancies.
• Perform vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections as clinically indicated.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions such as hormonal disorders, menstrual abnormalities and infections.
• Carry out minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynecologic procedures.
• Offer family planning, contraception counselling and menopause management.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists and other specialists for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement and maternal health initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., American Board).
• Minimum 3 years post‑specialist or board certification experience.
• Proven ability to manage normal and high‑risk pregnancies and perform gynecologic surgery.
• Commitment to adhering to international obstetric and gynecologic guidelines and UAE regulations.
