Clinic Operations Manager

About the role

A well‑established aesthetic clinic on Al Wasl Road is looking for an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and support the clinic’s growth in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
• Lead, support and coordinate clinic teams to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor service quality, patient experience and overall clinic performance.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, licensing requirements and healthcare standards.
• Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aesthetic industry in Dubai.
• Strong background in aesthetic clinic operations and team management.
• Excellent understanding of the Dubai aesthetic clinic market.
• Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with DHA regulations, licensing procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Professional, proactive and results‑oriented approach.
