Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology (UK CCT) – UAE

About the role

A private leading hospital in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology to deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care across routine and high‑risk cases within a modern, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up for obstetric and gynecological patients.
• Manage routine and high‑risk pregnancies, including antenatal, postnatal care and delivery (vaginal and cesarean).
• Treat obstetric complications and perform appropriate gynecological surgeries within approved privileges.
• Evaluate and manage menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian conditions and other gynecological issues.
• Offer pre‑conception, family‑planning counseling and collaborate with maternal‑fetal medicine, IVF, neonatology, anesthesiology and radiology teams.

Required profile

• Medical degree with recognised specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., UK CCT, CCST, American Board, Canadian RCPSC, Irish, Australian/New Zealand).
• Proven consultant‑level experience, strong obstetric and gynecological practice, and preferably experience with high‑risk pregnancies.
• Eligibility for UAE consultant‑level licensing, subject to health authority assessment.
• Excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills; experience in an international or Western healthcare institution is advantageous.
