About the role

The Product Specialist will drive awareness, demand generation and sales growth for oncology and rheumatology products across the UAE. You will engage healthcare professionals, build strong relationships and act as the scientific voice of the brand.

Key responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets within the assigned territory.
Collect and analyse market information on competitive brands and report competitor activities.
Identify key customers, develop joint business plans and grow market share in hospital and private pharmacy channels.
Monitor sales and distribution objectives, ensuring effective implementation.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals.
1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE, specifically with oncology and/or rheumatology products.
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

Pharmaceutical sales expertise.
Knowledge of oncology and rheumatology products.
