Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon – Tax-Free UAE Role

About the role

We are seeking a Board‑Certified Consultant / Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon to join a leading multispecialty hospital in Dubai. The role offers a tax‑free environment, state‑of‑the‑art operating theatres, and access to comprehensive rehabilitation services, serving an international patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, including trauma, degenerative disorders and sports injuries.
• Perform elective and emergency orthopedic surgeries such as fracture fixation, joint replacements and arthroscopic procedures.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments, postoperative follow‑ups and coordinate multidisciplinary care with anesthesiologists, physiotherapists and rehabilitation specialists.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate both surgical and conservative management.
• Utilize advanced imaging (X‑ray, MRI, CT) for accurate diagnosis and surgical planning.
• Provide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation protocols and recovery pathways.

Required profile

• Board certification or specialist qualification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑certification clinical experience.
• Proven ability to work in a high‑volume, multidisciplinary hospital setting.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient‑centered care.
