Consultant Pediatric Dentist – Tax‑Free UAE Opportunity

About the role

The position is for a Consultant/ Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry working in private, government and multispecialty hospitals or dental clinics across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It offers a tax‑free salary package and full support for licensing conversion and relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine check‑ups, cleanings, fluoride applications and sealant placements for children.
• Diagnose and treat pediatric dental conditions, including caries, gum disease and developmental anomalies.
• Perform pediatric procedures such as fillings, extractions, pulpotomies, crowns and space maintainers.
• Manage dental trauma, provide sedation when needed and use behavior‑management techniques to reduce fear.
• Carry out early orthodontic evaluations and deliver interceptive orthodontic treatments.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, orthodontists and other specialists for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, ensure follow‑up care and participate in community outreach programs.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or equivalent qualification (USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, Middle East, Africa, South America).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric dentistry (mid‑senior level).
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOH licensing with full conversion guidance provided.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE and work in a multicultural environment.
