About the role
The Consultant Physician in Otolaryngology will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ENT care to patients in Abu Dhabi. This senior clinical position combines direct patient management with mentorship of junior medical staff.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the delivery of comprehensive otolaryngology services, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Diagnose, manage and treat a wide range of ENT conditions with a focus on safety and effectiveness.
- Provide clinical leadership, acting as a role model of excellence within the specialty.
- Organise and deliver training, supervision and professional development for junior physicians and trainees.
Required profile
- Medical degree with full registration to practice in the United Arab Emirates.
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in Otolaryngology.
- Proven experience in a senior or consultant‑level ENT role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead clinical teams and mentor junior staff.
