Consultant Radiation Oncologist – Tax‑Free UAE Opportunity

About the role

A leading multispecialty hospital in Dubai is expanding its Oncology Department and seeks a Consultant / Specialist Radiation Oncologist. The position offers the chance to work in a modern facility with advanced radiotherapy technologies while serving an international patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients requiring radiation therapy for malignant and selected benign conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SBRT and SRS techniques.
• Deliver precise radiation therapy in line with international clinical protocols.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards with medical, surgical oncologists and radiologists.
• Monitor treatment response, manage side‑effects and ensure accurate documentation.
• Supervise radiation therapists, medical physicists and dosimetrists, and contribute to quality‑assurance programs.

Required profile

• Board‑certified radiation oncologist with at least 3 years of post‑specialist experience.
• Experience in a high‑volume oncology setting, preferably in a tertiary care hospital.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients.
