Contact Centre Team Leader (Arabic Speaker) – Talent Pool

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Contact Centre Team Leader to join our talent pool and support operations at Abu Dhabi Airport. The role involves overseeing daily contact centre activities, ensuring compliance with service standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits and system checks to capture and resolve issues within SLA timeframes.
• Attend regular management meetings with service providers, record actions and follow up.
• Ensure work orders are completed on site according to standards and maintain an effective filing system.
• Support health and safety policy compliance and keep building plans up to date.
• Recommend system and administrative improvements.
• Schedule and manage tasks, integrate and coordinate systems.
• Produce daily, weekly and ad‑hoc reports.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in a similar contact‑centre leadership role.
• University or college degree.
• Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Basic project‑management knowledge (budget, timeline, resources).
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and administrative skills.
• Experience in a call‑centre environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
