Customer Care Specialist

About the role

The Call Center Advisor will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing support and guidance to clients regarding their stock brokerage accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of stock market principles, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information about services and products.
• Assist clients with account‑related issues, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Educate clients on the use of ADIB Securities trading platforms and tools.
• Resolve client complaints in a professional manner and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Compliance, Sales, and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or stock brokerage environment.
• Knowledge of stock market principles and trading platforms.
• Good presentation skills, poise, and product knowledge.
• Strong time‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
