Content Creation Trainee (Emiratisation)

About the role

As a Content Creation Trainee you will join The Deal’s marketing team within Chalhoub Group in Dubai. You will support the creation of culturally relevant short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram and other digital channels, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh ideas for TikTok, Instagram and social media content that resonate with local audiences.
• Research emerging trends, pop culture and digital conversations across markets.
• Assist the full content creation process from concept to execution, including on‑site shoots.
• Edit short‑form videos and design simple visual assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Maintain content calendars, marketing trackers and support basic reporting.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity about digital trends and pop culture.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for creating graphics.
• Basic short‑form video editing skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram platforms.
