Content Strategist – LinkedIn & Digital Platforms

About the role

A confidential Dubai‑based company is seeking a creative and strategic Content Strategist to shape its presence on LinkedIn and other digital channels. You will combine strong storytelling abilities with a data‑driven mindset to build a consistent content ecosystem that supports both corporate and personal branding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging posts, carousels, short‑form videos and other formats.
• Maintain content calendars and identify industry trends and timely topics.
• Support leadership and personal branding through tailored LinkedIn content.
• Write compelling captions, hooks and storytelling pieces.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uncover stories and content opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, formats and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and personal branding concepts.
• Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.
• Creative, proactive and able to generate ideas independently.
• Experience in real estate, B2B or corporate environments is a plus.
• Portfolio or work samples required.
