Events Executive

About the role

The Events Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and promotional activities to ensure successful delivery, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate, marketing, and promotional events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, transportation, catering, and on‑site support.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure event requirements are met.
• Support the development and implementation of event plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional materials required for events.
• Monitor event progress and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, health and safety requirements, and event standards.
• Track event expenses and assist in budget management and cost control.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, agencies, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
