Contract Recruiter – Sales & Engineering (Dubai)

About the role

Fortinet is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead the sourcing and hiring of Sales and Sales Engineering talent across the UAE. The role focuses on building pipelines from scratch in the competitive technology and cybersecurity market.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess and recruit Sales and Sales Engineering professionals at various levels.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies using networking, referrals, events, online postings and other channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer negotiation and closure.
• Act as a candidate ambassador, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, prioritize needs and provide market insights.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to keep expectations aligned.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leverage recruitment data and candidate feedback to deliver strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, primarily in Sales within technology or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch using diverse sourcing techniques.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tact and diplomacy.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
