Contracting Specialist

About the role

ANEX TOURISM WORLDWIDE FZCO is seeking an experienced Contracting Specialist to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for managing hotel and tourism supplier contracts, securing competitive rates, and ensuring all commercial terms are accurately documented and communicated.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts with hotels and tourism suppliers across the UAE.
• Negotiate competitive rates, special offers, promotions and value‑added benefits.
• Oversee contract terms, cancellation policies, payment conditions, allotments and other commercial conditions.
• Identify and develop relationships with new hotels and potential suppliers.
• Monitor market rates and competitor offers to keep products competitive.
• Review contracts to ensure all agreed terms are correctly recorded.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Operations and Finance teams on contractual matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of contracting experience within a DMC, tour operator or travel company.
• Strong background in hotel contracting and supplier management.
• Good knowledge of the UAE hospitality and tourism market.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work during peak seasons as required.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, filtering).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
