Contracts Manager for Major Offshore EPC Project

About the role

The Contracts Manager will lead post‑award contract administration and commercial management for major offshore EPC contracts, ensuring the client’s contractual rights are protected and project requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contract administration and management for assigned EPC packages, acting as the primary PMC liaison between client, PMC team and EPC contractors.
• Administer EPC, procurement, construction and service contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project procedures.
• Manage variations, change orders, amendments and supplemental agreements, assessing their commercial impact.
• Review and assess contractors’ Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and delay/disruption claims, preparing formal responses and recommendations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contractual correspondence, notices, claims and change documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quantity surveying, business administration, commercial management, law or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in contracts/commercial management on oil & gas EPC/PMC projects, particularly post‑award administration of major offshore contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, obligations, liabilities, claims and change management.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and multiple EPC contractors.
