Controller, Finance (Subsidiaries)

About the role

The Controller, Finance (Subsidiaries) will lead the financial operations of ADNOC Distribution subsidiaries, ensuring accurate accounting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic alignment with the Group’s finance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the Group finance strategy into subsidiary business plans and ensure vertical and horizontal alignment.
• Provide senior management with strategic financial input, monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes, reconcile accounts and guarantee compliance with standards and regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for each subsidiary.
• Support acquisition integration and contribute to ADNOC’s expansion strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of finance experience, preferably in a multinational or oil‑and‑gas environment.
• Proven experience in financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with audit standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work closely with operations and senior management across subsidiaries.
