Client Advisor, Private Equity, M&A and Infrastructure

About the role

Marsh Specialty is seeking a Client Advisor / Assistant Vice President to expand its Private Equity, M&A and Infrastructure (PEMA) business across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, the role involves regional travel and close collaboration with Marsh colleagues across multiple practices to deliver advisory, risk and financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the growth of Marsh Specialty’s PEMA business across MEA.
• Advise clients on M&A insurance, transactional risk, and infrastructure solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with investment funds, corporates, insurers, law firms, and advisors.
• Deliver due diligence reports and coordinate multi‑workstream projects.
• Support infrastructure advisory, project finance, and risk management work.
• Contribute to thought leadership, business development, and team mentoring.
• Work across Marsh practices to deliver integrated client solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in M&A advisory, private equity, infrastructure finance, project finance, or infrastructure advisory.
• Strong knowledge of transaction documents and deal processes.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Risk, Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• Regional experience in the Middle East or emerging markets is preferred.
