Coordinator, Drilling Services (FRAC)

About the role

The Coordinator, Drilling Services (FRAC) will oversee the planning and execution of hydraulic fracturing activities for ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. This role ensures smooth scheduling, accurate documentation, and effective communication between field teams and the Pressure Pumping Division.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and schedules for hydraulic fracturing, aligning with project timelines and resource availability.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, personnel deployment, and operational data.
• Facilitate communication between the FRAC Department, field teams, and other internal departments.
• Prepare and process operational reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation.
• Oversee procurement, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination for fracturing materials and equipment.
• Provide logistical support, including transportation arrangements and equipment availability for field operations.
• Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing for the department.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, UAE regulations, ADNOC codes, and client Asset Integrity Management standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience in hydraulic fracturing or pressure pumping operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
• Knowledge of UAE, ADNOC, and client safety and regulatory requirements.
