Corporate Call Center Agent

About the role

The position serves as the first point of contact for customers, creating the initial impression of the company. It requires a committed, responsible, and creative individual who can handle pressure while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information to callers.
• Maintain a professional telephone etiquette and represent the brand positively.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and document interactions.
• Adapt communication style to different personality types.
• Work a 5‑day week schedule (Monday‑Friday) with 9‑hour shifts and required flexibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Call Center agent or similar role in the UAE.
• Hospitality background preferred.
• Full English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
