Corporate Client Manager

About the role

The Corporate Client Manager will own the relationship with a portfolio of Cigna Insurance Middle East and Africa (CIME) corporate clients. You will ensure service levels are met, drive client satisfaction, and support business growth through strategic account planning and proactive advice.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with assigned corporate clients and their intermediaries.
• Collaborate with underwriters, legal, marketing, and service teams to create attractive renewal proposals and new product offers.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and present proposals to expand the business.
• Monitor client performance, manage forecasts, and ensure timely invoicing and contract compliance.
• Provide market feedback to internal teams and support the development of Cigna’s product proposition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account or client management within insurance or healthcare sectors.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on profitability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of personal development.
