Corporate Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Authority seeks a seasoned professional to lead its Corporate Quality Assurance function. You will be responsible for directing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, maintain accreditation, and drive continuous improvement across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the QMS, including policies, work models, and mechanisms aligned with ISO 9001:2015.
• Define and approve authority‑level quality policies that set expectations for service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of internal and external audits, approve the annual audit plan, and ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee implementation of ISO 9001 standards to sustain international accreditation.
• Monitor corrective actions from audits, verify their implementation, and promote a culture of quality management.
• Conduct field and site visits to validate audit outcomes and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or management systems.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Certified Quality Manager.
