Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities for Sheraton The Walk Dubai, ensuring proper turnover to event management and delivering high‑quality service to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new corporate customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows and community networking.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and ensure a unified sales effort.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, write contracts and handle customer correspondence for booked business.
• Identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, competitor strengths and economic factors, and close deals that meet location revenue goals.
• Provide accurate turnover information to the Event Management team.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
